Returns & Exchanges
DIAMANT are happy to refund or exchange any product with which you're not completely satisfied. All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags attached and must comply with the conditions below:
DEADLINE
International customers have 30 days time to return a purchased item.
Customers in Spain have 20 days time to return a purchased item.
CONDITION
Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, i.e. the same way you received it: unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume, creme or body fluids. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
DISCOUNTS
Discounted sales items are eligible for exchange ONLY. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted sales items or gift cards.
HOW TO
- In order to start the returns process, please head to https://diamantwear.com/a/returns and fill in order ID and your contact details. Alternatively, contact us at support@diamantwear.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

On https://diamantwear.com/a/returns please fill-in all required fields, print off the return form and send it back to us along with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible.
If this is not present, a written note with all your details will suffice. - We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service. We cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

TIMINGS
We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receiving a return, at which time we will issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with a confirmation email. All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note we will not contact you when we receive your returned purchase, but only once your refund/exchange has been issued 10-14 working days later.
SHIPPING FEES
We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please do contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the highest level of customer service and overall satisfaction.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All purchased items must be returned in their original condition. Any returns that do not meet with our policy or comply with our conditions cannot be exchanged or refunded. That includes any purchased item which has already been worn, damaged or are returned with makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume, creme or body fluids on it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to return the item you have within the allotted timespan. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
